Based on international and domestic industrial standards and customer requirements, we set up higher internal quality assurance standards to implement comprehensive and full quality management. BVMC has a world-class testing center that enables us to independently complete all tests by ourselves,from product prototype tests to final inspection.

• Fugitive emission test
• Pressure test(Shell test, Hydraulic test, Air test)
• Visual inspect
• Dimensional inspect
• Painting test
From raw materials to finished products BVMC effectively controls each process. In addition, BVMC actively employs 6 Sigma within the whole company to implement our “zero defects” program. Through advanced statistical analysis we continue to improve process control and management capability.
