The company was built in Lugouqiao, Fengtai District, Beijing in the early days. At the peak of its development before the restructuring, it had more than 3,700 employees.In 2004, the company began to implement institutional reform, and the company as a whole moved to Pangezhuang Industrial Development Zone on the west side of the Jingkai Expressway in Daxing District, Beijing, covering an area of 200 acres.In 2016, the company actively responded to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development strategy proposed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council and the call to relieve the functions of the non-capital city.
