When the valve is closed, it is mechanically and forcibly sealed, and the sealing is reliable.During the opening and closing of the valve, the sealing surface composed of the valve seat and the ball core is frictionless.The valve has a long service life and the switch is easy to operate.The valve seat and the ball sealing surface are respectively made of surfacing cemented carbide and supersonic spraying tungsten carbide to ensure that the ball valve seat will not bite or scratch, and at the same time it has wear-resistant and scouring-resistant functions.It is suitable for regulating, opening and closing pipeline fluids in natural gas, oil products, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. Among them, the anti-sulfur series products are suitable for long-distance natural gas pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide media, many impurities and serious corrosion.

6.The space formed with the valve seat during the rotation of the sphere increases the flow rate of the medium in the channel, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning and sealing.

7.The fire-resistant design of the ball valve implements standards such as API607, API6Fa and JB/T6899. In the event of a fire and the soft seal is burned, the fire-resistant structure of the ball valve can prevent a large amount of leakage of the medium and prevent the fire from further expanding.

8.The valve drive devices are manual, worm gear drive, electric, etc., which are easy to operate and reliable to install.
