【Product features】
1. Its structure adopts the principle of eccentric tightening to achieve the purpose of tightening, adjusting, and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal surface ring with a hard surface contact seal. When the double eccentric structure is opened, the valve core is located in the ball chamber, the flow cross-section is large, and the valve is not washed away. When it is closed, the valve core is not washed away. When it is opened, the spherical surface of the valve core is gradually along the valve seat, effectively removing fouling obstacles and achieving reliable sealing.It is particularly effective for the transportation of mixed streams with two-phase mixed streams that are easy to scale and precipitate solids.
2. Bimetal is used for the hemispheres of the valve. Different alloys are surfaced on the base material, and the valve seat is also surfaced accordingly and specially treated. The sealing surface is combined into various types such as anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and high strength to meet the needs of different occasions.
3. The seal is tight and the delivery of harmful gases can reach zero leakage.
4. There is a compensation amount left in the valve core of the sealing pair. When the valve is worn out, it will be rotated a little bit when it is closed, which can be reliably sealed and extend the service life.In addition, the user unscrews the compression nut, and the valve seat is still available after adjustment or replacement, avoiding the disadvantages of the entire unit being scrapped after the valve seal fails.
Due to the selection of bimetal sealing pairs of different alloys (or combination balls) for surfacing, they can be used in wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and strictly sealed conditions.
