【Product description】
CS15H, CS45H type PN16 bell-shaped float steam trap: internal thread connection (CS15H), flange connection (CS45H), bell-shaped float structure, seat sealing surface material is Cr13 series stainless steel, nominal pressure PN16, valve body material is cast iron (CS15H-16 CS45H-16), carbon steel (CS15H-16C CS45H16C), stainless steel (CS15H-16P) steam trap Water valve.Bell-shaped float-type steam trap is used to automatically remove condensate from steam heating equipment and steam pipe networks to improve heating efficiency.It is used in steam equipment in petroleum, chemical, food, printing and dyeing, textile, pharmaceutical and other industries.Priority should be given to the selection of bell-shaped float steam trap for the following occasions: steam heating equipment, condensate recovery occasions.
[Product features]: ①The bell-shaped float steam trap has strong adaptability to the occurrence of condensate, and can be discharged intermittently and continuously.②The interior is equipped with a large-displacement double-seat differential pressure machinery and an SCCV shutdown system, which is small in size and large in displacement.③The internal parts are all made of stainless steel and installed on the valve cover, which is extremely convenient for maintenance.④The separation of soda water is reliable: water vapor enters from the lower part of the valve through the U-shaped channel, and the valve is always in a water-sealed state, effectively preventing steam leakage.⑤The mouth-shaped float is resistant to water strikes, and the bucket is equipped with overflow vents, which can effectively prevent steam locks and air blockages (non-condensing high-temperature air can also be eliminated).
