CS41H type free float trap
【Product description】
CS41H-16, CS41H-16C, CS41-25, CS41-40 free float type steam trap: flange connection, float type structure, seat sealing surface material is Cr13 series stainless steel, nominal pressure PN16~PN40, valve body material is cast iron (CS41H-16), carbon steel (CS41H-16C, CS41-25, CS41-40) steam trap.It is used in steam heating equipment, steam pipe networks and condensate recovery systems. It can quickly, automatically and continuously remove condensate and effectively prevent steam leakage.
【Working principle】
The free float steam trap uses the principle of buoyancy. The float rises and falls according to the amount of condensate and changes with the water level. It automatically adjusts the opening of the seat hole and continuously discharges condensate. When the condensate stops entering, the bottom of the float drops and returns to the closed position. The drainage stops. Since the drainage valve seat hole is always below the condensate water level, the water seal, water and gas are naturally separated to achieve no steam leakage.
【Product features】
①nengtuo saturated condensate, the receipt equipment does not contain water to accumulate first, so as to obtain the highest heating efficiency.②When the steam pressure changes, it is not affected, and its continuous working performance is stable.③The vapor leakage is small and fickle, manufactured by advanced grinding technology, the float has high accuracy and good sealing performance.④Automatic air discharge has good performance.⑤Long life, the entire spherical surface of the float can be used as a sealing surface, without concentrated wear.
