【Product use】

Z47WF gas gate valve (leak-free gas flat gate valve) is dedicated to natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, coal gas, oil products, etc. With its unique design, novel structure and good sealing performance, it completely solves the problems of lax closing and immobility caused by gas coking of the valve, effectively improving the sealing performance and service life, and truly achieving zero leakage.

【Product features】

1.  The valve body adopts cast structure.

2.  The valve seat is sealed with an O-shaped sealing ring and a floating valve seat structure with preload applied to seal the inlet and outlet of the valve in both directions; and the opening and closing torque of this structure is only 1/2 of that of ordinary valves, which can easily open and close the valve.

3.  The valve seat adopts PTFE inlaid on the sealing surface, which has the dual sealing of PTFE to metal and metal to metal, and the PTFE sealing surface removes dirt from the gate at the same time.

4.  The gate of the valve, whether it is fully open or fully closed, always coincides with the sealing surface, and the sealing surface is protected from direct erosion by the medium, thereby extending the service life.

5.  When the valve is fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is very small, there is no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned by hairballs.

6.  When the valve is closed, the high pressure in the inner cavity can be automatically removed (see the working principle diagram for details) to ensure safe use.

7.  The closed gear is used to rotate the opening and closing indicator mechanism, which can clearly reflect the opening and closing of the valve for a long time.

8.  The outer surface of the direct-buried valve is anticorrosive with epoxy coal asphalt, which can have the same life as the pipeline.
