【Product features】

1.According to the standard requirements, ball valves with a temperature below -50℃ generally adopt a long-neck structure design to increase the temperature of the packing and ensure the reliable sealing of the stem packing. The neck length is generally designed according to the standard requirements. If the user has special requirements, it can also be according to the contract requirements.

2.Valves used for cryogenic media. When the valve is in the closed position, the cryogenic liquid medium trapped in the valve cavity expands sharply due to gasification when the temperature rises, resulting in an abnormal increase in the pressure in the valve cavity, which can seriously cause accidents such as valve rupture.The company's ball valve has the function of automatic pressure relief in the middle cavity. When the middle cavity is abnormally boosted, the medium in the middle cavity can rely on its own force to push the valve seat and automatically release the pressure, thereby ensuring the safety of the valve.

3.The parts of the valve are treated at low temperature to ensure the stability of the shape and size of the parts at low temperatures.
